Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations of classes must be made 24 hours prior to the class start time. If not cancelled within 24 hours prior to the class commences, the full class rate will be charged, this is only fair for those on the waitlist to join.
All cancellations must be submitted ONLY via the Momence App. Cancellations can not be accepted via social media, phone or email.
Renaissance Reformer reserves the right to cancel a class should there be less than 3 people attending. If a class has been cancelled, you will receive a notification approximately 2-3 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Renaissance Reformer will offer to either refund the class or re-schedule for another time-slot of your selection. Please be mindful that this is necessary for the operation of our business and we will accommodate you the best we can in this situation.
Renaissance Reformer reserve the right to change the instructor of a class without prior notice, in the event that the original instructor is unable to attend the class.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class time so you have enough time to put your belongings away and settle onto your reformer.
Stretching before class is encouraged but optional.
We can not accommodate you if you are late to class as the studio door will be locked so that the instructors can get into the flow of their teaching without interruption. If you are late you will forfeit your class without compensation.
Studio Policy
Please sanitise your hand upon arrival at the studio.
Grip socks are highly recommended but are optional, we have grip socks available for purchase in the studio if needed.
Sweat towels are also highly recommended but also optional, these can also be purchased in the studio.
Please ensure you bring water or you can purchase bottled water from the studio. We also have tap water available for you to fill your water bottles if needed.
Please wipe down all equipment once your class has finished and place all equipment where it belongs.
Children must be over 16 to attend class unless otherwise discussed with the Studio Manager before-hand. (Exception for the baby friendly classes where children who do not walk yet can attend class with their parents)
Please let your instructors know about any injuries so they can adjust exercises accordingly.
All phones must be switched to silent during class.

Pregnancy Policy
You can attend classes up to 13 weeks of your pregnancy, you must advise your instructor of your pregnancy before class so they can adjust exercises accordingly.
If you are over 13 weeks pregnant you can not attend unless in a pre-natal class ONLY.
Membership Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a membership, you agree to a minimum term of three months. The payment for your membership will be auto deducted from your account on the same day each week until the end of your three month term, if you don’t cancel your membership after the three month term then the membership will continue until cancelled.
Your membership will commence from the date of purchase and payment will be taken from your account on that same day each week unless notified in writing and accepted by your Studio Manager.
All membership purchases are final, non-refundable and non-transferable between clients.
Membership bookings can be made up to 8 weeks in advance.
The 24 hours cancellation period applies to the cancellation of classes booked using a membership. If you cancel within 24 hours of your class time you will loose your class credit and not be reimbursed, if canceled outside of the 24 hours period you will be credited a class onto your Momence Account to use for another time.
Membership Changes Policy
Any changes to lower a spend amount require a 14 day notice period prior to your next auto-payment date.
Members wanting to increase their spend need to do so before your next scheduled payment, & will be committing to a further 3 months on this membership.
Membership Suspension
If for any reason you need to temporarily suspend your membership, Renaissance Reformer requires written notice via email 14 days prior to your next auto payment.
Suspensions under a 14 day period, will not be considered. Unless under exceptional circumstances.
No more than 1 suspension period will be granted during a 3 month period, from the start of your contract date.
Renaissance Reformer will suspend your membership for a maximum of 30 days. If you require a suspension for medical reasons for a longer period of time, please provide a medical certificate. Anything beyond 30 days is considered a membership cancellation.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Email info@renaissancereformer.com for all cancellations.
A minimum of 14 days notice will need to be given to cancel memberships, you will still be charged for 14 days after your written notice has been given. Please be aware of the minimum 3 month term that is non-negotiable. Your membership can not be cancelled during this term-agreement period.
Class Packs Policy
All class packs purchase are final, non-refundable and non-transferable between clients.
The “Intro Offer” is for NEW clients only and can only be purchased once. You have 21 days from purchase to use this pack.
All class bookings must be made via the Momence App.
